Account & Billing

Manage your PerfectPalette account, subscription, and security settings from the user menu in the top-right corner.

Profile

Path: Account > Profile

  • Edit your display name and bio.
  • Upload or change your avatar image.

Saved Palettes

Path: Account > Palettes

View all palettes saved to your account in one place. This is an alternative to the Systems page with account-level management controls.

  • Switch between grid and list views.
  • Toggle a palette between public and private.
  • Delete palettes you no longer need.

API Keys

Path: Account > API Keys

Generate and manage API keys for programmatic access to PerfectPalette. Use API keys to integrate palette analysis into your own tools and workflows.

Billing

Path: Account > Billing

  • View your current plan (Free, Plus, or Pro).
  • Upgrade to Plus or Pro to unlock additional features and higher usage limits.
  • Manage your subscription through the billing portal (powered by Stripe).
  • After upgrading, you'll be redirected back to PerfectPalette automatically.

Free trial

First-time subscribers start Plus or Pro with a 5-day free trial:

  • A payment method is required at checkout, but you are not charged until the trial ends (day 5).
  • You get full Plus or Pro access immediately during the trial.
  • Your billing page shows "Free trial — ends {date}" so you always know when the first charge lands.
  • Cancel anytime before the trial ends in the billing portal to avoid being charged.
  • The trial is available once per customer — if you've subscribed before, checkout bills you right away.

Usage

Path: Account > Usage

Track how much of your plan's limits you've used:

  • API calls
  • Feature usage
  • Storage quotas

Usage is tracked automatically. All counts are server-verified.

Security

Path: Account > Security

  • Change your password.
  • View and manage active sessions.
  • Sign out of all devices if needed.
