Feedback

Use PerfectPalette's feedback system to report bugs, request features, or share suggestions. The team reviews every ticket and responds directly in the thread.

Submitting a ticket

Click the Feedback button in the app header. Fill in:

  • Subject — a short summary (max 200 characters)
  • Category — choose the closest match (Bug, Feature, Scoring, etc.)
  • Description — describe the issue or request in detail

Your current palette, harmony mode, and journey stage are attached automatically.

Attaching files

Optionally attach up to 3 files (images, PDF, or plain text). Each file must be under 5 MB. Supported formats: PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF, PDF, TXT. Files can be removed before submitting by clicking the × button in the staged file list.

My Feedback page

View all your submitted tickets at Account → My Feedback (/feedback).

Search and filter

  • Search — type in the search box to filter tickets by subject or description. Results update after a short delay.
  • Status filter — click a status pill (Open, In Progress, Waiting on You, Resolved, Closed) to show only matching tickets.
  • Category filter — narrow by category using the filter pills inside the "Filters" panel.

Filters are reflected in the URL so you can bookmark or share a filtered view.

Pagination

Tickets are shown 20 per page. Use the Previous / Next controls at the bottom to navigate.

Ticket detail

Click any ticket to view the full thread. You can:

  • Add a reply while the ticket is open
  • Rate the resolution — once a ticket is marked Resolved or Closed, a "Was this helpful?" banner appears. Rate thumbs up or down once; the rating is permanent.
  • View attachments — files you or the team attached are shown below the description. Images render inline; other files show a download link.
